This seems to be a parent WU.

Re: fast wu

They look like this, with each iteration, 1 more pair of position numbers added, to indicate what is included in a task

parent:
CMD2_ 0826-1LM5_ B.clustersOccur-1NCJ_ A.clustersOccur_ 2_ 1--

child:
CMD2_ 0826-1LM5_ B.clustersOccur-1NCJ_ A.clustersOccur_ 2_ 58738_ 61458_ 1--

grandchild:
CMD2_ 0826-1LM5_ B.clustersOccur-1NCJ_ A.clustersOccur_ 2_ 58738_ 61458_ 60899_ 61181_ 1--

great grandchild (short deadline task):
CMD2_ 0826-1LM5_ B.clustersOccur-1NCJ_ A.clustersOccur_ 2_ 58738_ 61458_ 60899_ 61181_ 61011_ 61181 1--

There's no difference, except the further a generation offspring descends, the tougher the original parent protein-pair must have been to compute.

Re: fast wu

Are also random genetic mutation modelled in the WU's so that with each new generation the WU becomes more and more efficient and better adapted to solve the problem?
Maybe it depends on the parent's genetic quality. laughing
